There’s nothing like hitting up a taco truck or cart for late night tacos. This Bourdain clip, in which he hangs out with a friend in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, across the border from Eagle Pass, Texas, makes me long for the days in Redwood City when I could go down to the gas station at Spring & 5th until one or two in the morning and get a plate of tacos.
