My wife informed me yesterday that she spotted an El Gallo truck at a gas station on Rogue River Hwy yesterday. This is big news for me and perhaps a few others who have to travel to Medford to get tacos from a truck. There is an El Gallo Market on West Main in Medford. The El Gallo truck parks in a lot on the next block, but gets its supplies from a restaurant called El Gallo, also in Medford. I’m going into GP either today or tomorrow to check it out.
